Tom Yetter

Tom is a compassionate and insightful therapist with a steadfast belief in the potential for positive change. With extensive experience in clinical supervision and psychotherapy, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our non-profit organization’s board.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, he has operated a successful private psychotherapy practice in San Jose, CA, since 1996. Through solution-focused psychotherapy, he has provided counseling to adolescents and adults, offering support and guidance to navigate life’s challenges. Additionally, Tom co-leads support groups for high school and university students, fostering a supportive environment for growth and healing.
Tom holds a B.A. in Geology from Humboldt State University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology/MFT from Santa Clara University. He is a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #MFC32947) and a Qualified MFT and LCSW Supervisor in the State of California.
With Tom’s expertise in therapy, supervision, and community engagement, we are privileged to have him as a valuable member of our board. His commitment to fostering positive change and supporting individuals in need aligns well with our organization’s mission and values.
