Good Shepherd Fund (owners and operators of and, hereafter “Good Shepherd Fund”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy rights of all users of our websites and services (collectively the “Service”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third-party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that Good Shepherd Fund endorses or has reviewed the Third-Party Sites. Good Shepherd Fund takes reasonable precautions to keep the User’s Personal Information secure. We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of the information we collect. All personal and sensitive information submitted to Good Shepherd Fund through the website is secured by 2048-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption. The information is stored on computer servers, which are separate from other corporate information and systems. Our efforts include procedures designed to avoid unauthorized access, alteration, misuse, or disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information.
