Kelsie is a dedicated and compassionate critical care nurse working as Associate Clinical Manager, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care and fostering a positive work environment. With a wealth of experience in neonatal and pediatric critical care, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and leadership to our board.
Currently serving as an Associate Clinical Manager at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Colorado Springs, Kelsie has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting high standards of care and staff development. Through dynamic communication, proactive supervisory practices, and a focus on teamwork, she has played a pivotal role in maintaining high morale and staff retention within the organization.
In addition to her clinical experience, Kelsie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Associate of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel University and Colorado Technical University, respectively. She also possess a range of certifications, including Neonatal Intensive Care (RNC-NIC), Neonatal Pediatric Transport (C-NPT), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Pediatric Advanced Transport Certification.
