We provide specialized Care services in California, including Guardianship or Conservator of the Person, Care Management and Planning, Medical Power of Attorney, Healthcare Advocate, Conservator of the Estate, Medical Proxy, and Personal Estate Representative.

We provide specialized Care services in Colorado, including Guardianship or Conservator of the Person, Care Management and Planning, Medical Power of Attorney, Healthcare Advocate, Conservator of the Estate, Medical Proxy, and Personal Estate Representative.

Trust Services

We help you provide for your family members through a Trust, so government benefits remain intact, assets protected and ensure spending is under control. We will also stand-in as Successor Trustee, and as a professional trust administrator, when a Trust has already been prepared or established.  

Guardianship

Conservator of the Person

We protect the personal interest of your family members who are aging or have special needs including oversight of their caregivers, medical providers, and those handling their financial responsibilities.

Care Management
and Planning

We design and develop personalized care plans for you or your family members, including the planning, coordinating, and supervision of care services and financial responsibilities. Plan options include wellness checks, oversight of caregivers and social workers, public benefits enrollment, household budgeting and bill paying. 

Medical Power of Attorney

We ensure your health care wishes, or the health care wishes of a family member, are communicated if either of you becomes incapacitated during a medical crisis. 

*End-of-life care and funeral and burial assistance available. 

Healthcare Advocate

We make health care decisions for your adult family members with intellectual or developmental disabilities who are incapable of either making a health care decision or appointing a health care advocate.

Conservator of the Estate

We manage and oversee every aspect of your financial estate, or the financial estate of a family member, under court supervision after you, or a family member, are no longer able to make important financial decisions. 

Medical Proxy

Substitute Decision Maker

We make medical decisions for you or your adult family members who become incapacitated, as determined by a judge or doctor.

We guarantee your last wishes are carried out, according to your Last Will and Testament.
