Currently serving as the Executive Director of Care Services at Good Shepherd Fund, Vanessa plays a pivotal role in implementing and reporting on strategic initiatives to advance the organization’s mission. Her responsibilities encompass budgeting, human resources, business development, and clinical program development, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulatory standards. As a trusted liaison to the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the Leadership Team, Vanessa provides invaluable support in navigating complex compliance and reporting requirements. 

Vanessa’s professional journey is underscored by her commitment to continuous learning and growth. She holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco. Additionally, Vanessa has actively engaged in various professional development programs earning her an Autism Certificate awarded by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards.
