Prior to assuming her current role, Charnise honed her expertise in trust regulations, trust operations, and public benefits as the Sales and Marketing Director. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in educating industry professionals on trusts through engaging presentations and personalized coaching sessions, furthering the organization’s mission of financial literacy and empowerment. 

Armed with an MBA from Grand Canyon University, Charnise embodies the principles of Servant Leadership, leveraging her skills and knowledge to serve the greater good and foster long-term sustainability within communities. Her strategic mindset and dedication to developing effective processes and systems underscore her commitment to driving positive change on a local and global scale.
