Stephanie Johnson has been working as a professional Social Worker for 15 years.  Earning her Masters Degree in Social Work from Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA she then started working with the Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled (IDD) Community.

This path into the helping people and families with IDD was certainly influenced by her grandfather, Pastor Harold “Swede” Johnson, and the passion held for the non-profit he founded Good Shepherd Fund (GSF).Working in his memory as the Vice President of Person-Centered Services (VPPS) of GSF to uphold the mission along with the expansion of services and strengthening of organizational permanence is a professional honor.

In her role as the VPPS she oversees the field staff in the delivery of Conservatorship, Guardianship and Care Management Services, ensuring the decision making and advocacy on behalf of clients is grounded in best practices and punctuated by compassion, advocacy, reliability and excellence. Stephanie is a CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and National Certified Guardian.
